Seasonal Tips
- January-March: Cypress and hazel peak. Winter allergies are common in the Mediterranean.
- April-June: Olive and grass season overlaps. This is the most intense allergy period.
- May-June: Grass pollen peaks earlier than in northern Europe.
- Late summer: Ragweed season extends into autumn in some regions.
